Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide so you can enjoy our products wherever you are. Whether you are in Europe, the USA, Asia or Australia, we will deliver directly to your home.
How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at Shop@château-luxe.com and state your order number. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can easily cancel it and refund you the amount to your original payment method within 14 working days. If the order is already on its way to you, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
